The scheme is available to South Yorkshire businesses in the Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Food or Tourism sectors. Small and medium sized businesses can access financial assistance on projects, which focus on developing 'Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and E-business'.

Support can be applied to a wide range of projects involving AutoCAD, System Administration, Website Design, Manufacturing Design, Accounting, Engineering and other ICT related roles. REACT is accredited to source additional funding support for ICT related projects with a number of business support agencies in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

Technology recruitment projects may also be suitable for additional funding which is outlined in the IT & E-business section of the website. The TII scheme is supported by Business Link South Yorkshire and South Yorkshire Chambers of Commerce.
